The EuroBrussels audience has grown over six years to include 80,000 unique monthly visitors. Why is that? Professionals who have been using our web site regularly over the last six years continue to recommend EuroBrussels to friends and colleagues.

EuroBrussels user profile:

Age and gender

• Average age early thirties
  A majority of EuroBrussels users are aged 25-34, and almost all our users are between 18 and 44
• We have an equal share of male and female users

Country and language

• Most of our users live in Western European countries, with a majority in Belgium, where they work in and around European Affairs. But they come from every country in Europe.
  In other words, EuroBrussels attracts European Affairs experts and expats from all over Europe.
• Surveys show that we have many users living in Brussels, but their mother tongue is not necessarily French nor Dutch. So our users are international networkers and career movers.
• Many are expats
• Recent arrivals to Brussels as well as veterans.

EuroBrussels has at least 36% of visitors living in Belgium, but probably a lot more, as some international companies' computers are located outside Belgium, but have staff in Belgium. 5-7 % from each large EU countries like France, Germany, the UK and Italy. And then lower percentages from other European countries according to population. These figures are for a 10 month period in 2006.

Education level

• EuroBrussels has a young audience of legal, economic, political and communications experts
• 80% of our users have graduate or undergraduate university degrees - many of them have additional degrees and doctorates
• These ambitious visitors are looking for career opportunities in Brussels and in European Affairs
• They are likely to be interested in further studies

Current profession and experience

• EuroBrussels users are dynamic professionals
• Most of them are employed or self-employed
• But we also have large groups of students and jobseekers
