EuroBrussels Custom Pre-selection Questions is a tool to help improve the recruitment of European and International Affairs professionals.
At pre-selection we help you ask the right questions to find the right people. Unsuitable candidates are filtered out. You'll save time and money when recruiting.
How does it work?
Once your questions are approved, they will be linked to the Job Ad and interested candidates will only be able to apply by following a link from the posted Job Ad and answering all the Pre-selection Questions. They will then be able to attach their CV and if required, a motivation letter.
This is automatically linked to our Applicant Tracker. An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) which allows you to log in to your account and browse those CVs and sort them in terms of suitability. A 'traffic light' system helps you sort from unsuitable, possible, suitable to "for interview"!

- What is your written and spoken English language ability?
- How many years experience do you have in "Specific" policy area?
- How many years experience do you have in "specific job related activities"
- Do you have media relations experience? Please describe.
