FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs Announces the Appointment of Dominika RUTKOWSKA as Senior Fellow, thereby Expanding its Expertise in Economic Diplomacy, Institutional Communications and Public Affairs across Europe

In a European context marked by accelerating geopolitical, economic and institutional transformations, Dominika RUTKOWSKA’s experience and know-how in foreign and European affairs will bring significant added value to the public and private matters handled by FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs in Eastern Europe, supporting public and private organisations in their influence strategies, institutional communications and development.

Franco-Polish, Dominika RUTKOWSKA has over twenty years of experience at the crossroads of institutional communications, press relations, European advocacy and economic diplomacy.

Long committed to European affairs, she served as Secretary General of the Mouvement Européen France between 2012 and 2019. During this period, she contributed to structuring and deploying the association’s influence and communications strategy with French and European institutions, while representing it among business circles, public decision-makers and civil society.

Her career then continued at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, where she served between 2019 and 2023 as a political adviser. There, she developed in-depth expertise in cooperation issues between France, Poland and, more broadly, the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. From 2022, she also supported strategic thinking related to Ukraine in the context of European geopolitical realignment.

Between 2023 and 2025, Dominika RUTKOWSKA joined the Direction générale du Trésor (Ministry of Economy and Finance) as Head of the Communications Department. In this role, she oversaw the institution’s external and internal communications, including crisis communications, media relations and the coordination of numerous high-profile national and international events.

Dominika RUTKOWSKA now joins FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs as Senior Fellow to share her cross-cutting expertise in institutional communications, economic diplomacy and influence strategies. Her arrival strengthens the firm’s capacity to support its clients in their positioning and development challenges within a transforming European environment, with a nuanced understanding of French diplomacy as well as the political and economic dynamics of Poland and Eastern Europe.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communications, Dominika RUTKOWSKA also holds two master’s degrees — in public relations and in sociology of contemporary societies — obtained at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and at the Sorbonne (Paris V). Her academic background was further enriched by an exchange programme at York University in Toronto.
