Oxford Research Sweden is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Analyst or Senior Analyst with significant previous experience in evaluation and research to further develop our capacity in the EU as well as domestic and Nordic markets. This is with a particular view to recent growth in our work for different Directorates-General of the European Commission, such as those dealing in taxation, customs, public health, food, research and innovation policies, as well as Eurofound and other EU institutions. Candidates are invited to express a particular interest in any one of these areas, but ideally, we’d like to recruit someone able to work flexibly across our range of policy areas and clients.
A positive ‘can-do’ attitude, an analytical mind, and an ability to deal with complex projects are required. The role will include the following main responsibilities, to be adjusted based on the successful candidate’s level of experience:
The role is full-time and based in Stockholm, with short (up to one week) trips abroad nearly certain. Oxford Research offers a competitive salary and 25 days of leave per year.
To fill this post, we are looking for an evaluation professional with a specific set of skills and experience. A successful Analyst candidate will have at least two years of relevant work experience, whereas a successful Senior Analyst candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience, and demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
