The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) is a multilateral development bank with a social mandate. The CEB contributes to financing the implementation of socially oriented investment projects through four sectoral lines of action, namely: strengthening social integration; managing the environment; supporting public infrastructure with a social vocation; supporting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).
The Bank also plays an active role in the response to the migrant and refugee challenge in Europe.
Within the Projects Department, the incumbent will be in charge of implementing the loans policy, in particular:
In the framework of the project cycle he/she will be in charge with the coordination and the management of consultants involved on Bank’s interventions. This will include identification of needs, elaboration of terms of reference and internal documents related to the consultancy assignments, coordination of the selection process, negotiation of contracts and monitoring of consultants’ activities.
During the course of his/her career the incumbent might be called to manage staff.
In general, the incumbent will collaborate with any other duties as may be requested in connection with the activity of the service.
