Conservation International (CI) is seeking an experienced HR professional to support our globally diverse organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Human Resources, this position will provide guidance in all human resources related matters and driving organizational effectiveness in the areas of staffing, development and training, employee relations, and separations to their individual client groups.
The HR Business Partner will have a unique opportunity to leverage skills and a global mindset to participate in the development of organizational tools, resources, and processes and then lead the implementation of these on the ground. This position requires expertise in employee relations issues, local labor law, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and training and development to support our international programs, ranging from teams in both US and Europe, both remote and in-person. This position also manages our globally mobile staff, ensuring that U.S. expatriates and third country national transfers are effectively and compliantly managed to serve the strategic needs of CI.
Through the project management of cross-cutting HR projects across the globe, this position will support a dynamic work place and contribute to team projects. The successful candidate will leverage their HR skills, talents, and expertise to implement global solutions and to effectively partner and bring HR into strategic discussions and decision-making processes with their client groups.
