The Research, Enterprise and Innovation team at London South Bank University is seeking to appoint an Innovation Project Manager to support the Circular Economy for Data Centre Industry (CEDaCI) project, which is part-funded by the Interreg North West Europe Programme.
The main objective of CEDaCI is to reduce levels of Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) from the NWE Data Centre Industry (DCI) by increasing equipment reuse and refurbishment, recycling and reclamation of Critical Raw Materials (CRM), thus facilitating the implementation of a Circular Economy (CE) for CRM in the NWE DCI.
London South Bank University has a proven track record of delivering impactful research, regeneration and cooperation projects in London and internationally. Our legacy of successful staff and procedures would allow the right candidate to shape the CEDaCI project to deliver real change in the Data Centre and waste and resource management and recycling sectors.
You will have a proven experience in the field of project management and the ability to manage large and diverse project teams and significant project budgets. Great relationship building skills and being able to effectively engage both internal academics and the external business community are also critical.
