Candidates should have 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in supporting CSOs to develop and implement strategies to build partnerships and networks, drive citizen demand, achieve policy change and hold duty-bearers accountable to deliver same. The ideal candidate will have a background in human rights and/or international relations and development, experience in SRHR and of knowledge of the EECA region. Fluency in English is essential with excellent written and oral communication as well as strong interpersonal skills. Russian is a strong added value.
