The Bank for International Settlements seeks an Administrative Officer to work part-time (50-70%) for our Corporate Security service.
You will provide administrative support (budget monitoring, event organisation, intranet content management, SharePoint administration) and operational support (credential checking, security awareness and training, data loss prevention monitoring).
You will have, at least, A-levels or a secretarial diploma and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint. Your excellent organisational and communication skills, technical autonomy and appetite to learn about physical and cyber security will make you a versatile member of the planning team. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
