About the job

Based in Brussels, but with extensive travel within all major locations, you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for providing advice and expertise of legal nature to the General Manager of NCI Agency, and the NCIO Agency Supervisory Board, supporting the decision making process while taking into account the related political sensitive implications.

About you

We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Legal Adviser professional with ideally a Master's degree in Law and 15 years of relevant experience.

You should have experience in the practice of International Law, including significant experience and progressive responsibility in Contractual Law in an international environment; Have a broad knowledge of, and experience in, matters relating to intellectual property rights, customer funding, non-disclosure and licensing agreements.

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential and some knowledge of French is desirable.
