We are expanding our services, and to support this growth, we are looking for a Virtual event technical specialist to join our Policy Implementation and Programmes (PIP) line of business. PIP provides programme and network support, technical assistance, and mutual (peer-based) learning and training services to European Union (EU) institutions, particularly the European Commission Directorate-Generals and executive agencies. Our portfolio of projects covers a range of policy areas, including employment, labour market, social inclusion and protection, education and training, and migration and asylum.
The role will involve supporting preparation, delivery, and follow-up of a wide range of virtual and hybrid events using varied virtual platforms. It means working with a wide range of internal teams and external clients to deliver outstanding virtual events for anywhere between 10 and 250 people. Your main responsibilities will include:
