We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support CDP’s Policy and Public Affairs work at EU institution level as well as with EU member states and EFTA countries.
CDP Europe’s Policy and Public Affairs team engages policymakers with analyses, capacity-building and expertise on non-state actor climate and environmental transparency, action and progress towards the Union’s climate and environmental goals.
CDP is an international non-profit that drives companies and governments to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, safeguard water resources and protect forests. Voted number one climate research provider by investors and working with institutional investors with assets of US$106 trillion, we leverage investor and buyer power to motivate companies to disclose and manage their environmental impacts. Over 8.400 worldwide companies with some 50% of global market capitalization – including more than 2.100 in Europe – disclosed environmental data through CDP in 2019. This is in addition to the over 800 cities and 100 states and regions globally who disclosed – including over 170 cities and regions in Europe, making CDP’s platform one of the richest sources of information globally on how companies and governments are driving environmental change. Please visit www.cdp.net or follow us @CDP to find out more.
