ESMA is organising a selection procedure for the post of Legal Officer within the Legal and Enforcement Dept. to fill a post in the Enforcement Team.
The jobholder will be assigned to one or several of the below areas under the supervision of the Enforcement team leader.
The jobholder will be providing to the Management and the other departments of ESMA sound outcome-focussed legal analysis and advice in the remit of the team, as well as participating in investigations as described above:
