Staff assistant at the Paris-based Europe Research Center of a major US Business School.
Handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks including, but not limited to coordinating meetings, facilitating travel arrangements, managing general office duties either directly or through vendors;
Assisting with internal reporting, newsletters, and database management;
Assisting with conference and seminar organization;
Providing support to a large range of research projects and case studies in English on European management topics.
Prior experience in a similar position in a global and entrepreneurial environment;
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French, a third European language is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work with multiple supervisors. Sensitivity to confidential information, efficient initiative, flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and professionalism are essential. Excellent computer skills and a minimum of Bachelor’s degree required.
