The European Construction Technology Platform (ECTP - www.ectp.org) was launched by the different public and private stakeholders of the Construction and Built Environment sectors in 2004 to develop new Research, Development & Innovation strategies to improve competitiveness and take up environmental challenges. Working closely with the European Commission (EC) in the framework of the Energy efficient buildings public-private partnership (EeB PPP) under Horizon2020 FP, and now the Built4People Partnership under the Horizon Europe FP, the ECTP is recognized as a key European industrial stakeholders' forum and a one-stop shop for European collaborative R&D vision and roadmapping. With more than 140 international member-organizations from the whole supply chain of the Built Environment (large companies, SMEs, research centres, universities, federations), ECTP offers its Members various services and benefits: participation in the definition of the European Strategic Research Agendas, access to knowledge, resource and expertise on European research programmes, opportunities for networking, training and development. ECTP also participates in European collaborative (H2020) projects of strategic importance in the domain of European Digital platforms, Big Data in Construction, Smart Buildings, development of innovations clusters and labs, affordable/social housing, structuration of cross-border/sector innovation ecosystems, etc.
