To deliver our current project portfolio we are looking to strengthen our Innovation and Territories Team and we are looking for a consultant to be based either in our Sophia Antipolis (06) or Lille (59) offices.
The Innovation and Territory department, based in Sophia-Antipolis, is focused on supporting public sector players in three complementary areas: defining their competitiveness and/or innovation strategy, analysing the value and measuring the impact, and accelerating European and international cooperation.
We manage a portfolio of innovation and territorial development projects for French and European public authorities (regional authorities, local municipalities and national ministries...), and we also manage direct contracts for the European Commission with projects financed by Horizon Europe, the Single Market Programme and Interreg Europe. Our missions cover a wide range of subjects: innovation, regional economic development and business parks, entrepreneurship, sectoral analysis, digital and environmental transition, etc.
For example, we manage the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform, a project for the animation of the Interreg community and the exchange of regional cooperation good practices.
We work on the strategic plans for French Regions: SRDEII (regional economic development, innovation and internationalisation plan), smart specialisation strategies ...
We work with local authorities on their economic development strategies and the strategies for hosting companies (business parks, science parks, real estate, incubators, accelerators etc.).
We support clusters and actors in the higher education sector in their strategic approaches, and in accessing European funding opportunities and networks (setting up and running projects).
We are looking to expand our team specialised in French and European regional development.
More specifically, your mission will consist of:
Attached to G.A.C. office in Sophia Antipolis or the team in Lille, national and international travels are required.
The position is based on a contract under French Law.
The assignment (CDI contract) will start as soon as possible. Regarding the daily office presence, the development of the COVID-19 situation will be taken into account and home working is possible.
The gross salary is expected to be in the range of EUR 35K – EUR 40K a year based on the full-time job. This package is open for negotiation according your professional experience.
