COFACE Families Europe is looking for a Project and Advocacy Officer (4 days/week, permanent contract) on labour market discrimination.
The Project and Advocacy Officer will join the COFACE secretariat in Brussels from early April 2023, working closely with COFACE Director and team members. They will be in charge of coordinating the dissemination work package of Paths2Include, a three-year Horizon Europe research project aiming to expand understanding of the multidimensional aspects of labour market discrimination, and facilitate policy learning about factors at the national and EU level that foster or hamper labour market inclusion of groups in vulnerable situations. The officer will carry out a mix of communication, policy and advocacy activities, building bridges between the Paths2Include research results and different policy frameworks (social, employment, educational) and target audiences at national and European level.
