Do you have extensive HR experience, ideally gained in an international organisation, financial institution, EU body or investment bank? In short, we will look to you to shape our performance management process and take ownership of learning and development initiatives whilst implementing cutting-edge HR thinking, so you can expect an extremely high profile and wide-ranging challenges.

To join us, you should bring:

• A graduate-level qualification in HR, business administration or a related discipline;
• Broad knowledge of team management, development and organisation plus succession planning;
• Proven ability to evaluate situations and assess risks, opportunities and likely outcomes;
• A proactive approach and the confidence to advise senior managers;
• Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office, Zoom) and strong digital skills;
• Full fluency in either English or French, backed by a working knowledge of the other language.
