Working as part of the Sales Team, the Business Development Intern will directly support business development and sales activity in the region by helping identify new business opportunities. You will also help foster retention and growth of the existing book of business and help foster a smooth and effective account management across a wide portfolio of international clients.
This role is hands on and requires a mature and focused individual who has an eye for detail, is strong at planning and executing and who likes to think outside of the box. You will thrive on working in a team in a fast-paced environment, whilst also being comfortable working independently with a can-do-attitude.
To support your growth as a professional, you will receive support from your manager and colleagues through various training opportunities and meetings. You will have the opportunity to support with some high-profile accounts that make a meaningful difference to the success of our business.
This role is based at our Brussels office. Colleagues spend some of their working week in the office and some days working from home (usually 2-3 days in the office per week).
If applying as part of your studies, the candidate should still be in their studies for the entire duration of the internship. If applying after your studies, you should have at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) Degree. For both options, a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Political science, Economics, Law (3rd year or above) is preferred.
