We are looking for a skilled Payroll and HR administration colleague with generalist HR social legislation knowledge to be responsible for administrative HR tasks, assisting with payroll, advising staff on policies and procedures and contributing to various HR initiatives.
ClientEarth’s Global People & Culture Department supports our c.300 employees, enabling them to deliver our mission – using the power of the law to bring about systemic change that protects the Earth for – and with – its inhabitants.
You will be working within the People business partner model, to support our team in Brussels (currently ca. 60 employees) in the provision of a comprehensive People service in order to support the achievement of our organizational goals.
You will also be working closely with other members of the Global People & Culture Team. You will act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR administration needs of the Brussels team.
In this role you will be managed by Peter Gijbels, People Partner for the Brussels and Berlin office. Peter joined ClientEarth in 2022, and is a seasoned people manager and expert in hard and soft HR including union relations, through his long years of international experience both in HR consultancy and operational HR functions.
