Remuneration that corresponds to pay grade E14 of the wage agreement for the public sector (Tarifvertrag für den öffentlichen Dienst – TVöD) plus a bank allowance, permanent contract, international working environment, varied tasks, opportunity to gain civil servant status or maintain existing civil servant status (up to A15), extensive range of training opportunities.
