Have you started 2025 looking for a new job in EU affairs? Do you have some relevant experience and knowledge in lobbying and working with the EU institutions? Are you interested in the built environment, in particular how it is designed, constructed and maintained; and its key role and impact on the environment and society? Can you see yourself working for a dynamic and influential organisation that represents one of the most important sectors, in terms of rethinking climate resilience and making this the key objective of our future infrastructure and buildings? If so, then you might be the perfect candidate for our new position at the European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations.
EFCA is the voice of the consulting engineering industry in Europe, representing over 10,000 companies and 1 million staff in engineering and related services. We promote the interests of our members and the profession to the EU institutions and other European stakeholders. We also cooperate with our corresponding organisation FIDIC and other international partners to advocate for the role of consulting engineers in the global arena. Our members are involved in a wide range of projects, from infrastructure and mobility to environment and climate, that contribute to the EU's goals of green and digital transition and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
We offer a stimulating, collaborative and rewarding work environment, where you will have the opportunity to shape and communicate EFCA's policy positions and activities to a diverse audience, including EU officials, MEPs, media, members, and other stakeholders. You will work in a small but dedicated team, with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. You will benefit from good working conditions, including the option to telework a maximum number of hours per week. You will enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, in line with your qualifications and experience.
