A key part of the role is to ensure that policies and legislation in the European Union remain science- and risk-based approach, accelerate innovation for the farmers’ toolbox and encourage the introduction of new technologies and practices.
Monitor and analyse EU legislative and regulatory developments affecting sporting goods, including product safety, consumer information and chemical legislation. Draft position papers, briefings and consultation responses reflecting industry-wide views;
Providing strategic advice on policy developments and identifying their impact on the clients; Managing client accounts in close collaboration with the management; Gathering information and stakeholder management; Drafting of strategic positions and
