Lawyer/Course Director (f/m/d) in European Private Law (Focus on Consumer Law)

Are you looking to work in a genuinely European team and promote European law in the European law community? We are looking for you to join our team at our premises in Trier as soon as possible, or from 1 September as a Lawyer/Course Director (f/m/d) in European Private Law (focus on consumer law) 30 to 40 hours per week.

YOUR TASKS

The position primarily entails the following:

creating and implementing training courses and high-level conferences targeted at European legal practitioners;
developing e-learning modules and digital training materials;
travelling to various venues throughout Europe.

YOUR PROFILE

expertise in European Private Law is required; knowledge of consumer and/or insurance law is considered an asset;
very good networking and communication skills;
fluency in English;
German and French are an advantage;
interest in a dynamic, diverse spectrum of tasks;
professional experience working in legal practice.

The post is for a fixed term of 2 years with the possibility of extension.
