Interreg NWE is a European territorial cooperation Programme, that facilitates and finances projects that make a positive impact across North-West Europe.

To reinforce the Joint Secretariat based in Lille (France) we are recruiting our Head of Unit Finance & Programme for a start at the latest by 1 May 2026. As Head of unit Finance & Programme, you will shape the Programme’s long-term financial strategy while ensuring operational excellence in day-to-day finance, audit, compliance and other administrative processes. For this vacancy we are specifically looking for someone who combines senior financial management experience with the necessary people skills and proven experience to manage a small team.
