ARTE's European development strategy is supported by a number of co-financing arrangements, mainly involving the European Union, which enable it to roll out its offering throughout Europe on all the channel's digital platforms.
ARTE is looking for a European Funding Officer to join its EU-funded projects team. They will be tasked with providing technical, administrative and budgetary support for the projects, as well as helping to prepare funding applications.
Your duties
Provide support for monitoring the budgetary and administrative aspects of the projects, in accordance with the specific rules applying to each type of funding;
Develop and roll out project management tools and ensure that files and key indicators are regularly updated, working closely with the dedicated teams and consortia partners;
Coordinate reporting processes (technical, administrative and budgetary) and draft technical project reports (in English or French), in cooperation with internal contacts;
Identify EU funding opportunities through targeted strategic monitoring and help to prepare application dossiers.

Your profile
Master's degree in political science, international management or European project management;
Fluent in English, French and German, both written and spoken;
Significant experience of identifying funding opportunities and in setting up and managing European projects;
Very good knowledge of EU funding programmes, particularly in the media, audiovisual and digital sectors.
