Requirements
- Degree in Law or Political Sciences with specialization or specific training in administrative law.
- Knowledge of the European planning is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Office package.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent organizational skills, precision and accuracy in work.
Tasks and activities
The internship resource will collaborate in the monitoring of IT and EU calls and tenders of potential interest. Analysis and preparation of tender/bid documentation until the award procedure and sign of the contract. He/she will support the colleagues involved in the project/bid management and will be involved in the activities below.
- Analysis of calls for tenders and funding, with particular focus on administrative requirements, both at national and European level. Preparation of the necessary administrative documents in relation to the different phases of the tender until the possible award of the contract.
- Support and cooperation with the project managers for the management of internal procedures.
- Preparation of documents for registration to supplier registers, e-procurement platforms etc.
- Preparation of subcontracting contracts.
- Monitoring of tender/funding opportunities at national and European level.
