The European Public Affairs (EPA) Office monitors EU policy & law, including a variety of strategic advocacy activities towards the EU institutions.

The role of “Administrative Support” would support the entire EPA Office predominantly liaising with both the “ESG” Group & “EU Policy” Group to enable smooth functioning of their daily activities from an administrative perspective.

The EPA Office is growing rapidly and new organisational processes will be required to enable both the “ESG” & “EU Policy” Group to function also via upper management and in relation to Samsung HQ/European Office. Existing organisational processes will also need to be closely managed by the new “Administrative Support” member due to increasing staff numbers.

While not restricted to this includes: sending internal newsletters; filing internal documents; scheduling internal & external meetings; handling expenses and travel requests; welcoming guests; onboarding new EPA team members; minute taking; follow-up; agenda scheduling.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a well-functioning organised EPA Office;
  • Continue existing organisational structures on behalf of EPA Team members;
  • Set-up new organisational structures on behalf of EPA Team members;
  • Keep in touch with SE’s HQ & European offices for internal administrative purposes.

  • Have at least 5 years experience in administrative role (essential);
  • Have advanced knowledge of English (essential);
  • Have knowledge of French (essential);
  • Have knowledge of 1 other European language (desirable).
