We are looking for a pipeline administrator and analyst to join our Europe and Asia Team.

Behind every great company is a strong corporate team. Currently we are expanding quickly and we’re looking for a Pipeline Administrator & Analyst who will provide support to our business development team and more widely the Europe and Asia group. The role is required to be based in Brussels.

Your main responsibilities will be to…

  • Promote the need for accurate and comprehensive record keeping;
  • Liaise with colleagues to gather data on a weekly basis;
  • Create, edit, and update account and contact records according to current process and procedures;
  • Create, edit, and update financial records according to current process and procedures;
  • Maintain and support the integrity of the database for the group (Microsoft Dynamics);
  • Create and manage reports, as needed;
  • Assist in the administration and operation of Business Development Systems;
  • Develop/create and maintain user training help manuals;
  • Develop and maintain Business Development portals (sharepoint sites);
  • Assist user community with training and technical assistance;
  • Assist with development of data management processes/procedures that align with organizational goals;
  • Liaising with colleagues in UK (Birmingham, London) and our central pipeline team in Fairfax, USA.

About you…

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with MS Sharepoint and Excel;
  • 2+ years of customer service skills in a busy environment;
  • 1+ years’ experience with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint);
  • Advanced MS Excel skills to include experience with pivot tables, writing formulas and VLOOKUPs;
  • Experience with database system administration;
  • Excellent oral and written English.

  • Strong accurate data entry skills and ability to perform data integrity checks;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities;
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills;
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Customer service skills with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win user loyalty.
