We are looking for a skilled and dynamic HR Assistant to join our Talent Management Unit, which encompasses HR responsibilities in the areas of recruitment, performance management, training and development. Under the general guidance of the Head of Talent Management Unit, the chosen candidate will primarily work with the Talent & Development Officer, but also with the Recruitment Officer, and in close collaboration with the other HR Assistant of the Unit, providing back-up as necessary.
Nationality: Citizen of one of the Bank’s Member States.
1) Contract: the CEB offers a 2-year appointment (including a one-year probationary period) with, under certain conditions, the possibility of renewal.
