The EIB, the European Union's bank is seeking to recruit for its Group Corporate Services Directorate (GCS), Group Digital Office (GDO), Business Solutions Department (BSD), Corporate Applications Division (CA), Transversal Solutions Unit (TS) at its headquarters in Luxembourg, a (Senior) IT Service Delivery Manager*. This is a full time position at grade 5/6.

Are you searching for a dynamic role in which you could use your problem solving approaches? As a (Senior) IT Service Delivery Manager), you will deliver a wide range of IT projects with the support of a project team to enhance our digital collaboration platforms and participate to the rationalisation and simplification of solutions managed by the team.
The Unit identifies, implements and maintains technical solutions, which aims to digitalise and optimise business and IT processes.
The set of solutions is represented by commercial off-the-shelf applications (COTS) and cloud applications (SaaS) e.g. Plunet, TeamMate+, Celonis, Hopex.
The team focuses on two major directions: sourcing and implementing solutions, and providing the maintenance and support via externalized services. The solutions are used at the EIB Group level.
You will report to the Head of Transversal Solutions Unit.
