LocalEurope, a company of the Innsomnia group and EU DIH is looking for senior consultants to continue growing in the areas of European proposal submission.

We are looking for a specialist in writing and management of European projects with at least 5 years of experience and with projects already achieved and managed in the portfolio.

Our growth plan is going from strength to strength, but we need more talent and more creativity to add it to what we already have, that's why we are looking for you.

If you join you will do it to a company with almost 20 years of experience in the sector, leader in consulting and training of European financing and integrated within a group of companies that develop their activity in La Marina de Valencia, in the Innsomnia building, where you can breathe a great work atmosphere.

Main responsibilities

1. Search for European projects and consortia and manage the entry of our clients into European consortia;
2. Interact with hubs, networks, clusters and associations throughout Europe with which to present projects;
3. Write proposals in the Horizon Europe, Digital Europe and Digital EI programs, mainly;
4. Manage European projects and ensure compliance with milestones and deliverables;
5. Identify financing opportunities for our clients;
6. Support in the organization of events, meetings, agendas.

Areas and verticals

We fundamentally work in the field of innovation and startups and we are interested in the areas of fintech and open banking, open innovation, health, Smart cities, industry 4.0, etc.

Competencies and skills required

1. 5 years of work experience in project management, with at least two years working in coordination of EU-funded projects (mainly H2020, Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, Cosme, LIFE);
2. Writing of articles, reports and deliverables, as well as good knowledge of research methodologies;
3. Excellent writing and analytical skills;
4. Availability to travel and participate in events and meetings;
5. Excellent organisational skills, with experience working collaboratively with staff at all levels within the organisation;
6. Excellent presentation skills, with experience presenting in international contexts;
7. Proven ability as a community and network builder;
8. Excellent command of English;
9. Other languages such as French, Romanian and Polish, in particular, will be valued.

Buscamos a un/a especialista en redacción y gestión de proyectos europeos con al menos 5 años de experiencia y con proyectos conseguidos y gestionados ya en cartera.

Si te unes lo harás a una empresa con casi 20 años de experiencia en el sector, líder en consultoría y formación de financiación europea e integrada dentro de un grupo de empresas que desarrollan su actividad en La Marina de Valencia, en el edificio Innsomnia, donde se respira una gran atmósfera de trabajo.

Principales responsabilidades

1. Buscar proyectos y consorcios europeos y gestionar la entrada de nuestros clientes en consorcios europeos;
2. Relacionarse con hubs, redes, clústeres y asociaciones de toda Europa con las que presentar proyectos;
3. Redactar propuestas en los programas Horizonte Europa, Europa Digital y EI Digital, principalmente;
4. Gestionar proyectos europeos y asegurar el cumplimiento de hitos y entregrables;
5. Identificar oportunidades de financiación para nuestros clientes;
6. Apoyar en la organización de eventos, reuniones, agendas.

Áreas y verticales

Fundamentalmente trabajamos en el campo de la innovación y las startups y estamos interesados en las áreas de fintech y open banking, innovación abierta, salud, Smart cities, industria 4.0, etc

Competencias y habilidades requeridas

1. 5 años de experiencia laboral en gestión de proyectos, con al menos dos años trabajando en coordinación de proyectos financiados con fondos europeos (principalmente H2020, Horizon Europe, Europa Digital, Cosme, LIFE);
2. Redacción de artículos, informes y entregables, así como buen conocimiento de metodologías de investigación;
3. Excelente escritura y habilidades analíticas;
4. Disponibilidad para viajar y participar en eventos y reuniones.
5. Excelentes habilidades organizativas, con experiencia de trabajo en colaboración con el personal en todos los niveles dentro de la organización;
6. Excelentes habilidades de presentación, con experiencia en presentaciones en contextos internacionales;
7. Habilidad comprobada como constructor de comunidades y redes;
8. Excelente dominio del inglés.
9. Se valorarán otros idiomas como el francés, el rumano y el polaco, particularmente.
